CUPLOCK SYSTEM

VERTICAL Cuplock Standards/Verticals are made from 48 mm OD MS round pipes, available in various sizes with cup joints welded at 500 mm intervals. The top cups are made from malleable casting to withstand rough site handling, while the welded bottom cups are pressed from high-quality steel.

HORIZONTAL Cuplock Ledgers create a rigid bond for uneven site handling. Each ledger has forged blades at both ends that fit between the top and bottom cups of the vertical. Made from 48 mm OD, 3.2 mm thick MS round pipes, the minimal projection of the blades prevents damage and ensures the cup joints are rigid.
